My name is Colin Stratford and I am a freelance web designer with over 10 years experience in creating websites and web graphics. I go back to the days when we all used 28kps modems and you had to reduce a web graphic to one pixel to make sure it loaded and when we all thought that Windows wouldn't catch on!
